Minnesota isn't trading Matt dumba. Dumba is untouchable. They certainly don't want, need a winger in Boeser. So no, it's not a blockbuster because it won't happen. Jt Miller fir fiala, & greenway is the only deal out of this. Under no circumstances are wild are trading dumba

I don't mind it. The only glitch I see is that GMBG wants Addison's contract to slide a year... Asking Burroughs to step into Dumba's roster spot might be a bit much. Wild would need to utilize Addison.

Also really seems like the WIld would hesitate to part with Dumba this year. They gave him an A and asked him to help rebuild the culture of the team. Wouldn't make sense to move him less than 20 games in. Plus, take a look at his career stat line. Then look at where Burns was when the Wild traded him. Very very very similar. I think the Wild are afraid of dealing another offensive D-man too soon again....

All of that aside, I don't see the Wild being able to resign him unless he is willing to take a substantial pay cut. So, who knows... Maybe they move him....

I was thinking something like this if it took place would be around the trade deadline actually
