Yep it happened. Excited to get Sunny back. Blues are essentially running 3 x 2nd lines and a 3rd line which is great... but the defense is a mess until they figure out how to fix the Parayko pairing (Perunovich please be the savior). I think Parayko and Faulk can be anchors in the top 4 of a playoff team but they're gonna need some help.

Yes essentially need a first pair shutdown LHD. Gonna be tough to find but think there could be some options at the TDL (Chiarot, Giordano, Lindholm if ANA goes that route)

Yeah, I like the concept of adding a rental but it will be interesting to see what Perunovich does with his opportunity. Obviously can't have huge expectations for him fixing the defensive side of things given his skillset, but if he can clean up the puck moving portion of one of the pairings, they'll be defending a lot less, and that has to lead to fewer mistakes. Ultimately, I agree with you that it would be nice to add more of shutdown guy to play "boring/low-event" with Parayko when needed, but these next few games with Krug and Perunovich in there will be interesting - I'll be paying close attention to the breakouts and rush defense, I think the small guys play good defense by playing less defense.
