Keep Holl, keep Engvall, and add some kind of condition that if Radulov plays x number of games & the Leafs win the East that the 2nd turns into your 1st Round Pick.

I'll be the first to admit that Radulov isn't worth a mid-early 20's 1st Round Pick, but if he's a part of the team that finally takes the Leafs to the Cup finals then he should be able to fetch the #31 or #32 overall pick.
