ritchie is not good defensively and too slow to play on the shutdown line. Engvall is great in that role

I was pretty pumped when they signed Ritchie. I thought maybe this is a guy who can fill some of the Hyman void. I knew he wouldn't be as fast but was hoping could bring a bit more physical and lots of energy.
From what I've seen, I find him pretty invisible and not at all making up for it with physical play. If they can swing the cap to put him in the press box for a game, I think they should. I hope he can find a role with the team because I like the guy.

ah ok. good news is apparently he will be scratched again tomorrow
