From the Penguins' perspective, I would like to see how Poulin begins to play and develop, and how the Penguins restock the farm.

The Pens take that so fast it's not even funny.

I do not see any funnies. I would be lying if I said this was comical. It would be nice for the Penguins to win another Stanley Cup with Crosby, Malkin, and Letang before moving onto a new generation, and make the transition to the new generation gradually.

Kravtsov is young and would be part of the new generation. He's a much better prospect than Poulin. Poulin is as mediocre as it gets. The Rangers wouldn't make this deal.

The jury has not witnessed Poulin yet. To say Kravtsov is a better prospect than Poulin is to be determined.

Kravtsov has better pedigree which isn't debatable. Poulin should have tore up the Q at his age and he didn't.
