Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

- Jets draft Joakim Kemell in the first round, thus beginning the rebirth of Finnipeg.
- Perfetti joins top 6, likely is eventually moved to centre, moving PLD back to wing.
- Nichushkin and Paquette give our bottom 6 a boost.
- We (hopefully) get a more experienced backup goalie.
- Heinola beats out Stanley and move into our top 4. (#FreeVille)
- Lucius, Samberg, and Berdin all see some games, one likely making the roster by season's end.
- Svechnikov and Harkins battle for 3LW throughout the season.

I think it makes more sense to get these young LHD used to playing on their offhand rather then trade them away for a scratch ticket.

That would be the ideal scenario. I think Samberg has played on his offside before?

We can only hope to one day bask in the glory of a fully LH d-core haha.

I wonder what the cap implications are next season with the Dillon and Schmidt acquisitions and some guys needing raises, what are PLD, Vesalainen and Harkins going to cost? Copp too if he's sticking around though I really hope he's not.

Hopefully some of the Jets RHD prospects can force themselves into the mix, thought Kovacevic had a great pre-season, Gawanke looked good too.

Vesalainen and Harkins should be less than 1m each. PLD is a wild card. Wouldn't surprise me if he has a lousy season and he needs to be bridged again. Also wouldn't surprise me if he puts up 70+ points and signs a deal like Kyle Connor's.

Fingers crossed those RHD develop. The Jets tend to draft BPA rather than positionally which is why I think we ended up with so many LHD in our system.
