Im sorry but that SEA deal is terrrible for the jets...terrible. Just cause they are in "win now" doesnt mean you mortgage part of your future. If they wanted to trade their first, Gus and Copp they could get a way better package IMO.
I like the Niku for Bellows deal though. Makes sense for both players, just not too sure if NYI has the room for him...he might just be buried

No way Jets give up Copp (worth a 2nd/3rd) Gustafsson who they like a lot and a 1st for that package. No way.

Donskoi would be a solid pickup. I think you could probably retain Gustafson though and use a pick instead or another body to replace Donskoi. Donskoi is good, idk about that much. But a 1st + Copp....pretty tempting for Seattle with how Copp played. Think they want a veteran backup or will run with Comrie? Poor guy deserves a chance

Take out the first and the Seattle trade is at least closer. That’s just not good for WPG. Even then, you can get more for Copp IMO

Money seems to be the biggest issue as a neutral fan. But also, I disagree that Seattle couldn't get a 1st out of this. None of us thought Coleman or Goodrow were worth a 1st, but they had term and filled out the 3rd line like Donskoi would. Think they should retain Gustafson though.
