He said he thinks theres other teams making calls as well... So long story short there are still plenty of suitors but buffalo has made it clear they will not under value eichel which is the correct move.

The Kings are out, they have $3M in capspace, two top-6 forwards signed 4+ years and the most center prospects in the league. The Knights also can't afford Eichel as they are now. If only 2-3 teams have the assets and space needed for Eichel the Sabres won't get the deal they are looking for. For that reason, I think they wait.
