Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

I don't know what's going on in Arizona, but let's assume they're in full tank mode and want to get rid of any long/expensive contracts. They will need players (especially on D), so sending them Kerfoot and Dermott gives them cost certainty for a couple years and assets they could flip this year or next (it's also necessary to drop Kerfoot for this to work. maybe not the best fit in Arizona, but whatever).
Gotta go cheap in goal, so Brossoit fits the bill and could be a great backup with a little untapped upside since he's been blocked in Winnipeg.
On D, Hakanpaa is big, kills penalties and could be a great stay-at-home partner for Sandin. Liljegren is the 7th D.
Big changes up front: In Dvorak you have your 3C. Toss him on a line with Simmonds and Bunting and I feel like that would be a responsible line with some scoring punch. Schwartz with Tavares is a dream and McGinn riding shotgun with Matthews and Marner gives that line a hard worker to track down loose pucks (not a Hyman replacement, but a responsible player who can play up the lineup).
