The trade values are off quite a bit. With Bos you would only be moving up a bit in the draft and getting Carlo. Remove the second and Bos can add another piece. The NY trade remove the pick you are sending. You should be able to get better value for both Landeskog and Duchesne. I've never been a fan barrie so I'm not really sure of the value of that one.

Sabres say no, McCabe has played better than Barrie and they have no reason to trade him with out getting anything else in return.

Carlo is a 3-5 defenseman, don't let Bruins fans on twitter fool you. Scouting reports have his closest comparables as Braydon Coburn and Marc Methot.

And I would trust a scout over some guy on his couch watching Carlo reep the benefits on playing with Chara on a very good possesion team like the Bruins.
