Well, pick one of: McAvoy/Carlo/O'Gara and change the 2nd to a 1st. Spooner has some upside, he may fit depending on how Sakic feels about him. The other two are warm bodies/cap casualties but that's ok if BOS wants to ditch them.

Landeskog becomes a BRUIN. --- not with that offer he doesn't. Col doesn't even respond. Not like they are only negotiating with one team and they can be lowballed. There's nothing there that interests them. Going to take a couple of good young players not below average vets. Spooner might be part of the package but that's iffy as well. Boston has already offered a better package than this that was rejected.

While I agree Landeskog may be overrated, and Sakic is asking for more than his value, I too think this trade package lacks the pieces to make the trade work. It seems Sakic is asking a king's ransom for Duchene and Landeskog. Perhaps he's trying to create more buzz and artificially inflate the value of these guys prior to the deadline.
