-Im going to be tanking for the first 3 years of my term
-the trade for gourde is to help tampa clear cap space
-the trade sending letang to mtl is to help them replace shea weber
-trading Crosby to a team that could benefit soo much from him atm, and benefits for crosby is that he can compete with a legit contender, play with him hometown boy, and help pittsburgh for the long term for when he comes back to the penguins as someone in the front office
-the landeskog contract is to make the avalanche a bit worse so our first round pick becomes worth more value and to be over the min cap hit
