Description

This is my reasonable approach to predicting the 2021 Jets roster. So no, Dougie doesn't sign and we have to search for other options to plug our holes on defense. Also this is assuming that Seattle opts to draft Appleton and not DeMelo, as almost all Winnipeg fans are currently hoping lol. Maybe I'll do another one where Seattle takes DeMelo later on.

but anyway this is my best guess at what the Jets might do this off-season. NOT what I would do, what I think the Jets might do based upon previous decisions (and my own hunches as a diehard fan). Hence why Logan Stanley is in the lineup and Heinola is not, among other decisions.

Very boring, but I think its reasonable. I'd hoped to retain Stastny as well, but if Perfetti is going to get an opportunity with the team, I think it will come at Stastny's expense, seeing as Maurice and co. refuse to put Lowry as our 4th line center.

Gustafsson should be 4th line center, he's ready, I'd scratch Helm.

I'd start Perfetti on the wing, agree completely moving Wheels down the lineup - maybe even to 3rd line

Defense is still pretty weak. McCabe is a plus, but you've got another $5 million to shore that up
