I would be really surprised if the Kraken didn't take Giordano.

1. There's nothing else worthwhile to select from the Flames. Kylington is a fringe NHLer, I could see him signing in Europe. Gawdin and Phillips are exciting to Flames fans, but every team has similar prospects to those two.

2. He's still a good player, if the Kraken could re-unite him and Hamilton, that's a solid pairing. He could also get them a good return either later this summer at the TDL. Even if they don't decide to trade him, they are getting a fantastic person to set the tempo for that franchise

Yeah I would take Giordano, but I have faith that Kylington can become a good 2nd pair defenseman. He is also a lot younger and cheaper. I would take Giordano, just wanted to see what the lineup would look like with kylington
