Not trading a potential lottery pick for a nearly 30 year old with a brutal injury history. I think Ottawa will be significantly improved next year, but they will still be hard pressed to make the playoffs in the Atlantic Division. The Sens will have to contend with both Cup Finalists MTL and TBL, and two regular playoff teams in BOS and TOR. Ottawa doesn't even need to be bad for that pick to end up being a Lottery pick, and that pick could end up being Shane Wright
