Blues pass that like chocolate milk through a goose. All three of those players have massive flaws and play positions they don't need help at. And again, they are not rebuilding (not that any of those guys would help a team rebuild).

Canes would need some retention on Tara or Schmidt otherwise it wouldn’t work after next year with Troch and Necas most likely.

Healthy Tara would be perfect but have my reservations on him at that cap bc of injuries. Should target somebody else instead if they’re going all in.

I think you mean one sloooooooooooow guy who is about to leave the time we can call him a prospect, a tiny guy who is too slow to separate form checks and a D-man who can't defend. On the other hand, I'm fairly confident Vova will be close enough to normal once he actually has a regular preseason and practice schedule. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how he does.
