    There’s been speculation that Seattle may pick Dillon due to his history in Seattle in juniors and his physical and penalty killing presence. He’s not cheap cap-wise, but definitely wouldn’t consider him overpaid.

    For this scenario, if Dillon isn’t picked and Vanecek is picked instead, just imagine Dillon gets traded for a 4th-5th rounder and Copley plays back up instead of Vanecek.

    As a Sabre fan, I would accept that trade for Reinhart.
    Haglin will bring in assets at the 2022 TDL
    The Seattle first from another team could be as you say 18th to 25th OA
    Lapierre is a decent prospect and recent 1st round pick.
    If Haglin was flipped for a 2nd (certainly not out of the realm of possibilities), two seconds normally add up to a late first.
    This offer is nearly 3 first round picks for Sam, one would be have to be drunk to say no.
