I don't think the Rangers are cap screwed right now. If they make a big move like trading for Eichel, OS Pettersson, signing Barkov in 2022, then they're cap screwed. Teams have navigated tighter cap spaces, but its going to be much harder with flat cap and a rookie GM

Im going to continue to think that the Rangers are cap screwed (if they make a significant move as I listed above) unless a Rangers fan can explain to me how they can manage it

2. Brisebois was put in a great situation and isn't being forced by his owner to be aggressive. This offseason is going to be the real test for Brisebois to see if he can manage the Lightning cap situation
