Ottawa declines. We would certainly be willing to trade White, but not for Connolly. He's not a better player than White (anymore), is 5 years older, and in no way addresses a need Ottawa has.
It's not like Ottawa is desperate to shed cap space right now and since White is just 24 and looks pretty good when healthy... we'll keep him unless a better offer comes along.
