Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Nothing too noteworthy here. Stick the course with what we’ve been doing.

Hopefully get one of the big 4 D with our #1 with Luke Hughes being the player I would like the most.

Foote or a team in a similar situation (Bean, Dunn, etc) would be our big move.

Cliche but Nico being healthy is an addition. He barely played this year.

Having a more normal year will allow the specials to gel more than they were able to this year.

Then steps in the right direction for our younger guys in the NHL while growth for the prospects in the AHL and other systems around the world as well as players like Nolan Foote, Holtz, Mercer getting some NHL games.

If siegenthaler doesn’t live up to the hype then we give bahl a tryout or some of our other younger left D.

This is a great post. This is similar to what I would do. Some minor changes I have are that I think Nolan Foote is ready for the NHL. He's looked good in the NHL in his first few games. So switch him with Trav. Another change is to OS Foote. I like the idea of getting him, but we could get him for cheaper if we offersheet him. But overall, great job on this

Nolan Foote - I think he is going to get games it’s just a struggle with not making the roster too young. It’s not that I fully want Trav back but he helps fill the 3C that I don’t think Boqvist has shown he can do yet while helping mentor the young guys still. With that said I still could see him bouncing back and forth between the NHL and AHL.

Cal Foote - I just don’t see us offer sheeting. It’s annoying but they’re never used.

I was thinking that was an option. Palat would most likely be the player they take in that scenario.
You see it as better for the team to lose palat for free rather than get a first rounder in return for Foote?

Yes I love ondrej but TB drafts and produces fowards like a factory. Defenseman especially RD not so much and they need Foote's cap friendly term .I think it's Gourde gone BTW they also need to shed 2 big salaries

I like it a lot. I’d prefer a few others over Foote, but I know he’s a really popular option with the NJ guys on this site. Nothing against Zajac but I’d love to see maybe Gourde if Tampa needs to move salary or Dickinson if Seattle takes him from us. I still like the JVR idea if Philly will give him up cheap to clear cap. I think he’d be a nice scoring winger for Nico and Bratt. If those guys don’t do anything for you maybe pick up another bad contract and picks. Nice job tho

I really like what Bo has done towards the end of the season. They should give him a shot at 3C. I'm not a fan of having players bouncing back and forth between AHL and NHL. It would make them lose confidence in their game (similar to what happened with Bo).
