PHI can't afford to move Elliott, as Hart isn't carrying the team and they have their hearts set on the playoffs. And there's no way we're moving Sandin for a back up goalie.
Leafs will go status quo with a Campbell / Anderson tandem and address other needs, unless they can get a high level upgrade, which IMO isn't available or will cost too much.
