horrible trade for the penguins. Even if they are out the playoffs. Ceci has played well for them. They don't really need to move him like that. Even if his role is probably gone next year.
They'd be down a guy to play RD to close out the season. That doesn't make much sense for them.

they maybe out but a late 4th round pick isn't convincing me to help you and make our blue line garbage, especially for a guy they might try to bring back on the cheap considering how well he played.

I don't think most penguins fans would say that of his play this year. Matter of fact, he's been very hard to notice. I don't mean that in a bad way either. Like he goes out does his shift and it's rather uneventful for the most part, which is kind of exactly what you want out of a 3rd pairing guy. He's had a relatively 50% corsi and FF and is +4 on the ice only given up 9 5v5 goals. WTF you want out a 3rd pair guy?
See this is why I don't see this happening. He's the kind of guy they try to bring back next year at the same price, because why not. He wasn't awful, he wasn't even bad. He wasn't great but you know what, he didn't have to be.
