A first is a bit much for a 33 year rental on an expiring and an injured 3rd pair d man but maybe a second and you get tampa to say yes but this is pretty good

Stecher has been really impressive this season, playing top 4 hockey caliber. The first Is there bcs od Johnson, who wasnt even claimed off waivers. For Tampa it checks all boxes - backup G (yeah i dont trust curtis a lot), serviceable rhd on good contract And cap space if Kuch returns for playoff. Detroit gets good player in killorn, good player on mediocre contract + 1st rounder (hopefully 32nd)

I don't think Detroit trades Stecher and that is a lot of cap coming back to Detroit. I don't know if you are watching the game but Detroit has 5 goals on 18 shots with half a period left.

+ Lot of cap coming Wings Is good point, however dont forget killorn can fetch good return

I think Tampa has to add a lot more for Detroit to take on that much cap (with a lot of term) and give up our best D man and a solid goalie.
