I wouldn't move Gaudette and I'd retain on Pearson and have them add a 3rd. Sutter, Virtanen, Hamonic, and Benn should also be moved if you can find takers

They are a bottom 5 team in the league in both points and win% right now after nearly 20% of the season already played. They're going to trade their assets (Granlund, Haula, Richardson, Ekholm or Jarnkrok maybe, etc.) for picks and prospects. I don't see NSH being competitive again until the 2023-24 season. They should get a top 7 pick this year and grab a good defenseman to replace Ekholm in a couple of years and then pick top 5 next year to get an offensive forward. Then Askarov will come over from the KHL and once the rust is off, we should be able to start competing again (if everything goes according to plan that is...)
