They didn't offersheet Sergachev, Cirelli, Cernak all of whom were way better. Foote hasn't even proven he's worth anything in the NHL yet. If he's offersheeted I doubt it's much more, don't sign Gio, run a 21 man roster.

Fair enough, definitely not in the same tier as Cirelli/Cernak/Sergachev. Still, getting a young RD for cheap would be something I would look at, even though NHL teams don't offersheet.
