The whole team hasn't played well and he's been one of the most notable players having bad games over the last 3 games he has 2 shots. Last game he also made a dumb pinch at the end of a power play resulting in 4 on 1. AV is trying to sed a message to the team and with him making plays like that he put himself in the line of fire

5 goals and 8 points in 8 games doesn’t seem bad to me haha. But yeah I heard he only had 1 shot over the last 3 games. Really hot start but struggled as of late. He’ll be fine though, he’s a great player

Only one goal has gone in from his stick the rest have either hit his skate or body. Like I said he hasn't been playing to the level he is expected to play at and I think him leading the team in goals is playing a part in his benching telling everyone on the roster no one is safe from being sat
