OK you're crazy, at least two thirds. That Arizona trade. Useless to Coyotes. Injured Smith is a UFA at the end of the year. Sheehan is nothing now but at his pay, you can get a lot more. Not sure about the other two guys and the pick....but they don't play in the NHL like Chychrun does. Why would the Flames want Howard and his contract? Same reason you don't want him, kinda of a cap dump even if he is a serviceable player.
The Jets trade...seem like a fair offer to me....Two starters, maybe Oulette as a starter and a 50th pick, might be OK for the Jets.
