Yeah, I agree. I just think a lot of bottom 10 teams will be weary of Dubois since he apparently only wants to play "big stage hockey" right now and wont like a rebuild even if it's trending upwards.

I don't think CBJ is even serious about trading PLD, and I think that's why he wants out. They let Bobrovsky walk, they let Panarin walk, if they were serious about winning they would trade these guys and get assets, but they don't.
The Jackets need to realize that there's no pull factor for guys to play there, it needs to be winning and/or money.
