Yeah - this is a flat out brutal move for the Bruins - they would have resigned Krug vs trading for Yandle and moving all those assets

I'm trying to figure moves the bruins could do to get a LH dman. I, in all honesty, did not know yandle's age or contract, other than the AAV.

Yandle would have been a good pick up 4 years ago when the Bruins tried to make a push for him -moving the 1st and Vaks would be steep. I admit, I hate the fact we let Chara and Krug go and we have more on the roster who I think was a health scratch more games than he played last year.

Is there any ld you can think of that could fill that top spot? I was thinking sanhiem or something.

That is a tough one for sure - I liked the thought of the Bruins trying to make a run at MacKenzie Weegar as his play style is a solid fit with the team. I think they are going to try U-Vaks or Clifton on the left side. that being said I still think Hannifin would be a good fit as well.

Would love to get hannifin, pair him with McAvoy. Would probably be a great pair.

Yeah I am not sure what the price tag would be on him to be honest seeing as he hasnt really lived up to where he was drafted. But that being said, I do think he could be had without it costing an arm and a leg to land him.

There was talk of Calgary being interested in Kase, but idk how true that is.

Well if you are a Corsi and stats guy Kase is your guy - he has been touted as a break out guy based on Corsi for the past couple years. It would be worth looking at for both teams to be honest. Kase didnt have the best showcase with the B's but this season could be the tell all.

Yeah, I think the flames or anyone else would rather see how he does first. Probably a deadline deal if it were to happen.

Yeah that is fair, I mean his contract is reasonable and if he can get back the scoring touch that he had with the ducks and stays healthy could be a nice trade piece or at the very least they would have a solid top 6 forward.
