Gee the Leafs had about 10 years of GMs Ferguson, Burke and Nonis with no appreciation of the cap. Yeah I think Wilson has been poor with signings in the past few years, but at least San Jose has been a good club for virtually all years under Wilson.

I see the habs as legit cup contenders! Solid if not excellent goaltending, deep deep forward group! Your weakest position is D and if Webber stays healthy and the rest play to their potential I can’t really call that a weakness. I would put my money on Montreal and Vegas to meet for the cup.
