Description
As a Leafs fan, I would say Habs in 6.

The Leafs are built for the regular season
The Habs are built for playoff hockey

ah, so you didnt watch the games at all. gotcha.
Andersen was fantastic during the play in and only lost because both Columbus goalies were even better
Price was good but he wasnt why they beat the Pens. The Pens were trash and their entire team mailed it in.
You should really look into games if you wanna talk about em

I watched almost every game. Your typical CapFriendly argument "Uh, I watched the game, I win". You and other fans were the one demanding Andersen be traded after the play-in because he let in one softie vs Columbus and arguing every other thread that he was the only reason you didn't sweep every team en route to one of 5 straight Cups. While Andersen was not horrific as I may have previously stated (just trying to make a point then) he was nowhere near Price level and I can't even believe your arguing it. It was so obvious. Price stopped 39/41 in game 1, 35/37 in 2, 30/33 in 3 and 22/22 in 4. That's against an offensively explosive team with Guentzel, Crosby, Malkin, etc. For Andersen vs the offensively disabled Blue Jackets that only survive on miracle performances, puck luck and a Jack Adams Coach his stats were as follows. 33/34 in 1, pretty solid, 20/20 in 2, again very good, 39/43 in 3, good, 36/39 in 4, good, 19/21 in 5, beyond mediocre. So by comparison, Price had, in 4 games 3 crazy good performances vs an offensively explosive team and 1 average performance as compared to 3 very good performances and 1 good performance and 1 mediocre performance vs an offensively challenged team. On paper it's pretty close but upon watching the games you will realize that over the course of the series, Andersen choked a 3 goal lead and lost in OT, dug the Leafs a hole in an elimination game that followed with the greatest playoff comeback, arguably ever when he got off the ice and then allowed a softie to seal the series for Columbus. If these goalies flip, then Toronto moves on and Montreal may be heading into a full scale rebuild. Instead we see an overrated, overhyped Leafs team and a Montreal team with a legitimate shot at a semifinals appearance.

Just because lots of people believe something wrong doesnt make it right. My cat could have won games with all the effort the Pens put into em
