Description

Coburn and Paquette buried because we wouldn't want to trade them and don't want to pay anybody something ridiculous to take them in a worst case.
Speaking of something ridiculous, everyone with full NTCs and NMCs say "no thanks" or require us to bust the piggy bank open with a hammer, and JBB says "nah".
LTIR players are the call-up list (not in any specific order).
Coburn and/or Paquette could be brought back at some point once enough cap space accrues, and if nobody decided to take them off our hands for free on waivers.
Sergachev moves over to RD since options outside of Foote and Schenn are slim (assuming Rutta goes elsewhere).
Toronto fans, how we like Borgman?
Could potentially bring back Masin immediately or after the KHL season and give him a shot at the NHL since he looks to be playing decently over there currently.

Before you reply, do remember these assumptions are based on very low odds and probably one of the worst case scenarios for the team in its mission to retain Cirelli and Cernak and clear cap space. If you start replying with something acting like this is not trying be a low percentage scenario, I'm going to reply "I know you didn't" since I know you did not read the description :)

Accrue that cap space. Not entirely sure on how it works, but the assumption here is if the player is on the roster, then every league day they use a little bit of the total cap space. That might not be how it works, but that's the assumption. If not, I'll throw him in.

I like the way you’ve moved their RFAs. I think that’s the easiest way for TB to get under the cap and get actual assets back. It’s dangerous no doubt (just ask the Blackhawks), but it’s the path of least resistance.

I think that Cernak is probably easiest to move and could maybe even get two 2nds ala Devon Toews and Foote could get a spot on their roster
