Okay, so now that I have the Brannstrom for Cernak out of my head, from another thread, I can reply to Brannstrom for Cirelli.

Right now Cirelli is worth more than Brannstrom, so it would take more to get Cirelli, but I don't think there's a need to acquire Cirelli with LBrown and Norris, and both have the chance to be as good as or better than Cirelli. I like Cirelli, it's just there's no need to trade for him.

Norris, Brown, and Cirelli all had their first season in the AHL at age 20, this is just production, but all three are "200 foot centres"

Why spend assets to acquire something you already have? Lets see how Brown and Norris finish developing before trading for a Cirelli.

IMO you wouldnt have to pay that 2nd for PK. one for one makes sense for NJD, but not for OTT.
The guys value is super low, but he's an interesting player because he has that skill set to be so much better. Buying low is a good idea, but paying him 18 mill over the next two seasons is a tough pill to swallow. Best things the devils can do is play him 30 minutes a game and hope he bounces back, then deal him at the TDL or in the offseason
