I know Ovechkin is the best goal scorer but I don't think any team would ever pony up what it takes to get Ovie. Maybe in 2/3/4 years but as of right now no one would trade proper value for him

I dont see how they can resign Oshie unless Johansson is traded. Even then it could be tough if Kuz has another great year. That Orpik deal looks even worse now as they are stuck with him instead of being able to resign Alzner and/or Orlov.

i think mojo will get picked up by vegas him or tom wilson that should free up cap plus winnik and williams are gone. they might have to not sign orlov to get everyone but alzner might only cost 4.25 minor pay raise
