The trade you suggested might be tabled at the draft but not right now cause if between 3 -5 this might work but if we trade the 1st right now and it's 1st overall or 2nd we would look stupid and Lou will not want that.

Also, Polak will probably a 2nd in 2019 IF it's going to be a 2nd this year based on how he has started the ywar

I just don't get why Trouba keeps on getting traded to the Leafs. Do you really think Leafs management the way they operate wanted a former disgruntled RFA coming his ELC in the young Leaf dressing. Wouldn't his influence be....don't like it....demand a trade...and it will get done. In some ways, I'm sure other NHL GMs think Trouba would be somewhat poison to have on their team. I'm sure the other GMs are looking at the Jets and the Ducks too and seeing how this RFA scenario plays out.

RedWingFan56. You are absolutely correct IMO, the Jets want a guy or two who can step into the Jets lineup immediately preferably a LHD.

If WPG wants a pick I think the 1st is all it would take. I would do this. I wouldn't add to it though.
