So I rewatched Dubas interview from yesterday and when he was asked certain questions his answers hinted at kerfoot and Holl being pushed out. He mentioned another Blueline move and we all know about yesterday's rumours of weegar. I don't think Holl is a fit in Florida due to the plethora of RHD down there.

I don't know anything about the prospect, I was just looking for a late round winger prospect and late pick which is more than reasonable.

There is nothing wrong with his contract? He's worth the amount just needs to be on the same line and not moved around all the time.

I think he was just suggesting a salary dump which the Oilers would definitely do. Nobody wants play in Edmonton so they are going to take skill whenever they can

It's not shedding cap when the cap hit ends up virtually the same. And I wouldn't call homerism knowledge.

Johnsson is not a ‘cheap middle 6 winger’ and Edmonton has no reason to trade for him. There’s still lots of FA in that range that could potentially be cheaper, better, and come without the cost of trade pieces

Well I guess that’s just something that needs to be proven in a leafs jersey before willing to take a gamble on him.

I can see you are one of those 130% oiler homers so there is no use. Losing Johnsson sucks and it's only cap reasons. Many teams would take him. Pens just took Kapanen and gave a 1st. Same player and same contract. Actually worse player.

How am I a homer by saying I don’t want your player? He doesn’t fit within the current salary structure of the team and his ‘talent’ is not worth making room for. You’re being childish.
