Huge overpay to dump Fleury. There’s no way Vegas does that.

I feel like its a heavy overpay too, I was just basing it off of what reporters were saying (50% retained teams still wanted a 1st and a 2nd) so at 0% retained the price is gonna be alot more.

Also there are a TON of goalies on the market and many of them are better and cheaper than MAF

I actually could see the Knights maybe do this because not many teams were interested in Fleury at 50% retained. If the Devils could trade for Fleury with no retention, they could get that type of return. Especially if Vegas is desperate to clear cap to sign Pietro

Hmm. I guess they will be regretting that type of overpay.
