Boychuk's contract makes no sense in the long term, and Pulock is ready for the NHL. Might as well trade Boychuk while he still has value and give Pulock the top 4 minutes he needs to take the next step. Skinner has had his problems too, but we need a player of similar cap hit coming back. And Skinner's contract ends three years before Boychuk's, making it considerably less risky.

Finally, Beau, Barzal and Ho Sang have proven themselves worth of an NHL tryout. Why not put them all together on the 3rd line? Barzal and Ho Sang are incredible playmakers, and that much puck movement from a 3rd line would be too exhausting for a lot of defenses.
