I think you'd be better off just attempting to offer sheet Cerelli in this situation. With Segachev taking up most of their upcoming cap space, I don't think they have the flexibility to match an offer of nearly 6 million a year for him. I'd opt for that route which would require compensation of a 1st (NY's instead of CAR's) and a 3rd. I think that's a better alternative than boosting that 3rd to a 2nd and adding in Kravtsov.

I'd swap Kravtsov for Chytil. Chytil has more value to other teams (but Krav has more within the NYR organization most likely) and Cirelli would essentially be replacing Chytil in the lineup (2C). That being said, I still think NYR probably has to give up a tad bit more. Players like Cirelli don't come around often.

I've certainly seen worse offers than this, but I'd say TB would rather have a NHL ready asset in exchange for Cirelli...

I dunno whether NYR is willing to change those picks for Chytil for instance, but I'd imagine that TB would be willing to trade Cirelli+Coburn for Chytil+Kravtsov+Robertson for example.
