I was thinking Bahl (Okho is a big body too), the AZ pick and either the van pick or isles 2nd in 21 and a prospect.
Is Fast a QO at that price?

I was hoping they’d jump at that 2nd 1st without needing to give up a top prospect. The Steen contract expires after next year. Fast is a UFA

That one could go. I felt they needed another vet since there were no adds to the top 6 and none of our prospects are locks to make it this year.

I think some young guys like Merkley Anderson and Mcleod have a good chance of making the team.

Devils shouldn't move Bahl imo, 6'7" 240lbs is just hilarious and if he pans out he's the epitome of what this team needs

TOTALLY agree, but Serg right now is better than his ceiling imo. This too is what we need, but i hear ya.
I think if there is any opportunity to bail bolts out (they will try everything else first) we should at least consider it. The flip side is Bahl should be fine for us.

the serg deal is def a big payment. about as much I would be willing to give up if #7 is included. Devils fans and TBL fans would probably be unsure of how to feel, so probably a fair trade.

also, you never know given the economic climate and flat cap, but if you asked me 8 months ago what bratt and blackwood were going to make next year, I would say that would be the absolute bare minimum. I also think fair value for griess is about 3.75 million +/- 500k

Hes cost-controlled though. I dont think they are looking to flip him into middling assets. If he is getting traded, I have to imagine somebody offers more than that.
