Next year is gonna be challenging on our RD. Shatty gone, Rutta too if he doesn't take discount and maybe even Cernak if we can't afford him for some reason. Foote needs to be ready...

I think we keep Rutta and Cernack, both getting low 2 mill range. I don't think anyone offer sheets Cernack. Offer sheets are very rare and not done for someone at his level. Shatty deserves to be paid, this year was a win win.
