dallas is one of few teams out there that i think might look in to getting Ghost... but i don't think they will pay that much. Maybe Honka, a pick and a bottom six roster player (for cap) - this coming from a flyers fan

O’Brien is going to play college hockey at Boston University next year. And while it’s not the worst ghost trade I’d rather keep him one more year, he doesn’t have much value and could be okay in a 3rd D pairing, I think our first two lines are locked in with Provy/Niskanen and Sanheim/Myers. It doesn’t seem like Hagg would get more than 2 mil., Myers probably gets closer to what you have Hagg, and the cap will probably be less than that, especially if there are no playoffs.
