Bet you $5 they trade Z in the offseason. Where's Byram? Doubt they trade Compher, and I don't see why Anaheim would be buying at this point anyway. Neito's probably gone, but the Burakovsky contract looks alright. I bet he makes $5.5 mil though.

I think Hoffman will make much more if he is signing only a 1 year deal, and you have the cap space with this lineup to offer more $$ -- but I don't see him signing for 1 year anyway.

There's talk that he'll do the same thing Makar did. Minors aren't doing him any good at this point anyway, kid's too good for the WHL. Hell, he has 27 points in his last 13 games. He's ready for the next step and that has to be the NHL because of his age. He's not AHL eligible.

i wouldnt be suprised if a dman gets hurt in or before the playoffs, but we also have timmins and right now he is just sitting in the ahl
