The panthers trade is to get them out of a bad contract and allow them to reset their goalie search this summer. First is likely high but might be worth a second to get out of that contract situation.

The red wings deal is essentially 2 players plus two picks for AA for a few months if he doesn’t resign. I should have made the picks a 2nd and 3rd conditional on AA resigning. Howard and Ericsson are ufas and are just cap relief.

Bobrovsky is too good to move on after 1 bad season. You don't give a guy a 7 year deal and try and move him half a year in and the salary retention only makes it more ridiculous. It's clearly lopsided towards the Sens.

AA will be an RFA at season's end, so he'll get re-signed or traded again. Even if he was a UFA, that's an underwhelming package.
