Flames are in the 1st wildcard spot in the West, they aren't trading their best offensive player for quantity because of a forged image on twitter. Anything around Gaudreau would be around Point going the other way. A bunch of late 1st's, Johnson, and filler isn't going to cut it.

I think if it's Point going to Calgary, its Gaudreau and more going to Tampa. A center-man with almost identical production, trending upwards who is 3 years younger. Identical salary and term but Point expires as an RFA....

I think it's an add but not a big one, Gaudreau is the driving force of Calgary's 1st line where Kucherov and Stamkos are more the driving force of Tampa's.
