After a season in which we will miss the series for a fourth year in five years, the club must make major changes to remedy the situation. Marc Bergevin is a good general manager and has had the upper hand in most of his transactions. However I do not believe that everything should be changed and that he and Claude Julien should be dismissed. I believe that repatriating Jacques Martin as coach of defencemen could be an important asset and adding André tourigny as assistant coach too. Also to bring in the management team, guys like vincent damphousse and guy carbonneau sees himself being a nice option for surrounded marc bergevin as President and vice president to be closer to fans because these are throwing away the towel right now and dont believe in it. Montreal is supposed to be a great market and right now many seats are empty in bell center.

- As much as i like Domi's character i think trading him would be a great thing because he doesnt like to play on the wing but he's not responsable as a center should be when in play center.

- Mete is also a problem because he's not good offensively and make a lot of turnovers in his zone. Also he's not strong enough to play physical style. Put some picks and prospect with him and get a top 4 defenseman.

- Keep tatar and petry and try to win in 20-21. After that you'll see if you have to make a reset.

- Let the kids developp in AHL. I dont consider Suxuki,Romanov, Fleury and Evans as kid because they are NHL calibers right now and prove it.
