Not a Flames fan but I must admit I like this roster. Such a young team up front as well. Nice job

I am a flames fan... And our roster is looking GREAT!!! Wouldn't mind if we brought in a veteran RW to play with Tkachuk and Bennett... Anderson will not make the flames this year as he is not in NHL shape (or so I have heard).... but we have lots of D depth to fill in... Can't wait to see Elliot and Johnson in Flames Net!!!! This will make the biggest difference - should have a really good shot at the playoffs this year!!!! Go Flames Go!!!!

@TJL Saying someone won't make the team for not being in NHL shape based on reports from early in July is just silly.
say he won't make it cuz he's 1 year out of Junior. Say he's too immature, inexperienced. But don't say he's out of shape. It doesn't take 4 months to get in shape.
I'd love to see Giordano or Monahan's conditioning in July. while it's probably not awful it's not going to be NHL game ready in the first week of July either.
Ask me again about being game ready in September then we'll talk.
I'd be totally fine with this line up come October I'd still resign Nak though it's familiar he's depth and he can play.
