Toronto doesn't need Skjei, they have Rielly + Sandin for the left side long term. I wonder though if they would give up Nylander for Kreider + DeAngelo + Georgiev

Bracco+2nd for Brady Skjei, The guy can't even crack the Leafs lineup. That's selling pretty low on Skjei.

Every game thread or discussion board based around the Rangers have been ****ting on Skjei for quite some time now. Im not familiar enough with his play to really comment but i will take a fan base at face value when i see them ****ting on a player so much. It makes me want to steer clear of him.

I just don’t know truthfully fair value. Skjei was very good a few years ago. And Av decided to fire Beukeboom for no reason. But while he was here, Skjei had his best seasons. Lindy Ruff is full blown trash. Nylander, is amazing TDA is playing very well and I just don’t know how he is viewed around the league. Nylander makes just under $7M AAV. Kreider will get that $ as well and Nylander is younger and better. If I’m JG I’d take that Nylander for CK, TDA + Georgiev and run with joy. Nylander has 80+ pt upside.

Rangers are not trading Skjei because he's playing very well and there's absolutely no one else who could match up from the left-D side against the opponents top line. Lindgren is close, but needs a little more time to fill out and become stronger in order to handle the style of game he plays.

If Dregs says this is happening, I can only imagine what kind of hoops NYR is making Dubas jump through because they have NO intention of trading Georgiev!

Do you think NYR expect to have AG and Igor play 41 games each per year? They do have other goalie prospects as well like Wall, Huska, just crafted Lindblom one of which hopefully would be the backup. All I can say is I hope Dubas gives up too much for JG to say no to.
