I think you nailed most of them.

Drysdale is the one that's a little off for me. I look at him play and he reminds me of a Chabot type player, or maybe closer to a Makar. Elite skater, great first pass, can skate with the puck and run a powerplay. This guy is going to be a hell of a player.

Without shredding me, can someone give me a comparison between lafreniere and hughes? From what I've seen and my own general knowledge, different positions and different types of players. Is one more valuable than the other? Higher Ceiling? Would NJ have been better served winning the lottery this year?

I think Hughes will be a beast next year and Lafreniere will probably be a bit better at carrying a line. Lafreniere's ceiling is somewhere between Hall and Marchand. Hughes's ceiling is somewhere around Scheifele/Couturier

1.) agree, Lafreniere plays with more edge and nastiness
2.) i have seen a lot of Malkin comparisons but Barkov is a good one
3.) i would say more Barzal, he wants the puck and is so shifty and dynamic
