Description

Galchenyuk signing is unlikely but I am assuming that Alex realizes that Pittsburgh is his true shot. They sign him to a 1yr show me deal and hope that he stays healthy and returns to his 30 goal form. This season has been rough but he has battled injury and not playing with much talent/not getting minutes. Also, Oesterle and Riikola will split time. Defensive pairing will change around a good deal. I put dumo with Marino to try to balance a bit. Hopefully they would be able to shelter Addison so he doesnt bust. LMK what you think.

Im gonna get roasted for this but SJS will be losing Dillon this offseason and they may look to an overpaid defenseman like Johnson to help sure up their backend. I chose DeSimone because he is 25 and i believe in the ahl currently so has little value. You can insert a pick or basically anything without a cap hit if you are unhappy he is included.

next year = more youth.

I don't see them bringing in players from outside. Almari looks NHL ready. I think they will take long looks at Légaré and Poulin.
Then there is Nikita who should be interesting. But he probably goes to WBS first. But I don't think he stays there long.
On top of it Angelo looks ready to be an NHL player. I've been waiting for them to give him a chance since last year. They are deep with talent still, They will move some of these contracts like Jugs out to pay the players they already have.
